Follow the steps shown below to configure Mitel Connect - Softphone
1. Open Mitel Connect, and if this is your first time opening Mitel Connect, click "Show Advanced".
2. Fill in the Domain and Server fields shown below, and click remember me, then click Login:
3. Click the phone button indicated by the arrow below:
4. Click the Softphone Radio button:
5. You should receive calls via your computer now.
