Open Edge and go to the following website:
https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
You should see the following page:
Click the + Add sign-in method
Click the "Choose a method" dropdown
click "Authenticator app"
If you haven't already, download the Microsoft Authenticator app onto your phone, then click next
Click next
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
If this is your first time using the app, tap the "Scan a QR code" button as show on the left below
If you have used this app before then tap the "+" button in the top right of the app, shown on the right below.

Scan the code displayed on your computer screen with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
You should receive a test prompt to confirm your account is connected to your authenticator app on your cell phone. You can now proceed to sign into the Comp Portal.
