1). Open up Microsoft Edge and click the ellipses at the top right. In the drop down select settings near the bottom.
2). When the settings page pulls up select "Default Browser."
3). In the default browser settings, there is an option to "let internet explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge." Click the drop down select "Never."
4). Now try to open Internet Explorer and or the Link you were using in Edge. Email support@availa.bank if you are still having issues.
